What do you need from me to quote a job?+

Roughly what you want, about how many, and when you need it in hand. That's enough to start — our quote form asks the couple of details that matter for your specific job, and you can attach your logo right there. During launch, every request is reviewed manually and you get a written quote back.

What if my logo file isn't 'print ready'?+

Send whatever you have — a JPG, a screenshot, even a photo of a business card. We'll prepare your artwork for production and you'll approve a free proof before anything prints. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal, but never a requirement to get started.

Do you have order minimums?+

Most decorated apparel starts around 24 pieces, where pricing gets good. Promo items vary by product, and signs and banners have no minimum. If your job is smaller, ask — we'll tell you straight what makes sense.

How fast can you deliver?+

Tell us your in-hands date in the quote request. During launch, delivery dates are confirmed in writing before your order is approved — we only commit to dates we can hit.

Can you ship to multiple locations?+

Yes — that's normal for us. Give us the list and every location gets its delivery, packed and labeled the way you specify.

What exactly is a company store?+
